Community Participation.

Children and young people can be a catalyst for wider change in communities. They have insights to share about places through their lived experiences, and can show us uses of space that are not immediately obvious to adults. We can draw on children’s local knowledge to include wider stakeholders and decision-makers, leading the way to more accessible, child friendly places and neighbourhoods for all to enjoy.

We use volunteer and community support to bring projects to life, as envisioned by the tamariki and rangatahi we work alongside. Through fundraising, local sponsorship, community partnerships and volunteer skills, we aim to deliver projects at no cost to schools in need.
